Your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days of the purchase date.  Once the 30 days has expired your deposit is non-refundable.

All Paid in Full packages are fully refundable up to 30 days of the purchase date.  Once the 30 days has expired a 10% service charge will be applied to all refund request up to 45 days prior to the event date for which thereafter is non-refundable.

All Payment Plan packages are refundable up to 45 days prior to the event date, a 10% service charge will be applied to all refund request.  At or after 45 days of the event date, your purchase will be non- refundable.
